Tourist tax and registration are included in the price.
Air Condition or heating are included in the price.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided free of charge.
Parking spot, utilities, unlimited hot water and high speed WiFi internet access are included in the price.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Cleaning fee: 80 EUR/apartment.
Additional child, age up to 5, sleeps with parents: 10 EUR/day.
Additional bed (one child up to 12 years old): 15 EUR/day. Available only in AP2 Orange Flower.
Pet charge (pet arrival must be approved by the landlord, max. 2 pets) – 10 EUR/day per pet.
For short stays following price increase applies:
- for 1 night stay: +50% to regular price
- for 2-3 nights stay: +30% to regular price
DISCOUNTS
We withhold the right to give up to 20% discount, so ask for our best offer. 🙂
